ORDER
1. We have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner at length. Nobody appears on behalf of respondent when the matter is called out even in the second round of calling out the matter.
2. Initially we had issued notice upon respondent on 17.04.2023. Thereafter, affidavit of service of notice has been filed by petitioner on 24.07.2023. Thereafter also nobody appeared on behalf of respondent and, therefore, after few adjournments we had issued notice through the concerned Police Station upon owner of the respondent.
3. Thereafter, also nobody was appearing on behalf of respondent and, therefore, we had issued Bailable Warrant in the sum of Rs.2,50,000/- upon the owner of the respondent on 22.12.2025. This Bailable Warrant has been served as per Police endorsement received by this Tribunal.
4. Thereafter, one learned counsel was appearing for respondent. The cost was imposed, but till today no Vakalatnama has been filed and the cost has also not been deposited by the respondent. Nobody is appearing today also when the matter was called out.
5. We, therefore, issue Non-Bailable Warrant upon owner of the respondent whose details are as under:

6. This Non-Bailable Warrant shall be served upon the owner of the respondent with effect from 25.11.2026 onwards. We are giving time to the owner of respondent up to 24.11.2026 so that he may remain personally present before this Tribunal or he may engage learned counsel on his behalf. Respondent is also permitted to prefer an application for modification of today's order.
7. Hence, the matter is adjourned on 12.01.2027.
8. In case of the arrest of owner of the respondent, he shall be immediately produced before this Tribunal.
