3. No reply from the DCP, Bhubaneswar, is there. But, it appears that the order has been got complied with, because, of the presence of this JD.
4. A request for fixing 15.10.2026, for presence of this Director of JD Company, before this Tribunal with its version regarding the compliance of decree in question is being accepted. However, decree may be got complied with in between, and in case of making compliance of the decree, the physical presence, on above date, will be exempted.
