ORDER

1. This matter was listed for cross-examination of the Petitioner's witness.

2. Learned Counsel for the Respondent submits that he wishes to take discharge from this case and consequently to withdraw his vakalatnama on behalf of Respondents Nos 1, 3, 4, 5 & 6. He further submits that henceforth, he will be representing Respondent No.2 only in this matter. He requests that this matter may be listed before the Hon'ble Bench for Orders/Directions for this purpose. Prayer is allowed.

3. As requested, the matter may be listed before the Hon'ble Bench as to the request for discharge/withdrawal of the vakalatnama by the counsel for the Respondent, on any convenient date.

4. Learned Counsel for the Respondent further submits that he is a little unwell, hence, it will not be possible for him to cross-examine the witness of the Petitioner today. Hence, this matter may be listed for cross-examination of the Petitioner's witness on some other date.

5. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits no objection to the request.

6. As requested, let this matter be listed for cross-examination of the Petitioner's witness on 23.11.2026.
