The appellant has filed the present appeal against the respondent challenging the order dated 26.05.2026 passed by the respondent under section 7A of the Employees Provident Fund & Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 (hereinafter referred as ‘the Act’). The office has reported the delay in filing the appeal for which the appellant has filed the application for condonation of delay in filing of the appeal.

Sh. Amit Verma, Learned counsel for the Respondent has appeared. Copy of the main appeal as well as copy of the application for condonation of delay supplied to him. The case is adjourned to 14.10.2026 for filing of reply to the application for condonation of delay.

In the meantime, the respondent shall not take any coercive steps to recover the amounts due under the impugned orders till the next date of hearing.
