The appellant has filed the present appeal against the respondent challenging the order dated 30.03.2026 passed by the respondent under section 7A of the Employees Provident Fund & Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 (hereinafter referred as ‘the Act’). The office has reported the delay in filing the appeal for which the appellant has filed the application for condonation of delay in filing of the appeal.

Ms. Santwana Aggarwal, Advocate, has appeared on behalf of the respondent. Copy of the main appeal as well as copy of the application for condonation of delay supplied to her. The case is adjourned to 11.09.2026 for filing of reply to the application for condonation of delay.

In the meantime, the respondent shall not take any coercive steps to recover the amounts due under the impugned orders till the next date of hearing.
