An application has been filed by the appellant seeking permission to deposit the amount, as directed by this Tribunal, in installments, stating that it is not in a position to deposit the entire amount in one go.

The proxy counsel for the respondent has sought some time to file a reply to the application, submitting that the main counsel, Ms. Santwana Aggarwal is currently out of station.

In view of the said request, the matter is adjourned to 03.07.2026 at 02:00 PM. Till then, the respondent is directed not to execute the impugned order. A copy of this order be sent to the respondent through its Ld. Counsel via email.
