ORDER
1. This matter has been listed today after mentioning by learned counsel for the petitioner who has submitted that there are some typographical errors in the order dated 22.09.2026 i.e. the dates "27.11.2025" and "17.03.2025" which should have been " 26.09.2025" and "24.02.2026" should have been " 27.02.2026" as indicated in p aragraphs 3, 5 & 6 . The same may ki ndly be rectified accordingly.
. T he prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner is allowed and, as pointed out, the order dated 22.09.2026 is modified as under :

O R D E R
. This Petition has been preferred for recovery of Rs.11,12,720.30/ - from the respondent.
. Heard Counsel appearing for the petitioner. Nobody appears for the respondent.
. We had on earlier date of adjournment issued notice vide order dated 26.09.2025 upon the proprietor of the respondent Mr. Kartik B, , HAVING OFFICE AT: D.No. 143/1-3B, Maravampalayathan Kadu, Padaiveedu Post, Komarapalayam, Tamil Nadu- 637303 , to be served through Veppadai Police Station, MGR Nagar, Tamil Nadu - 638008. Thereafter, Bailable Warrant had been issued upon the aforesaid respondent vide order dated 27.02.2026.
. The aforesaid notice as well as the Bailable Warrant have not been served by the SHO of the aforesaid Police Station upon the Proprietor of the Respondent.
. We, therefore, request Smt S Vimala,IPS,

to see that the order(s) passed by this Tribunal dated
26.09.2025 and 27.02.2026 are served upon the Proprietor of the Respondent through the aforesaid Police Station.
