Mr. Manish Chhangani, learned Advocate for the BSE submitted that BSE has filed Misc. Application No. 1022 of 2026 seeking extension of time and prayed for three weeks to pass the order.
2. Though, Misc. Application No. 1022 of 2026 is not listed on board, but available in the records. It is taken up for consideration with the consent of learned Advocates on both sides.
3. Learned Advocate for the appellant opposed the prayer for extension of time.
