ORDER:
Learned Advocate for the appellant submitted that appellant’s property is sought to be auctioned and prayed that the application for interim prayer may be disposed of in like terms as in Appeal No. 296 of 2026. Learned Advocate for the respondent has no objection.
2. Admit.
3. Respondent is allowed six weeks to file reply. Rejoinder, if any, be filed within three weeks thereafter.
4. Pending consideration of final hearing, the proposed auction of the following property shall remain stayed.

“The lands admeasuring 37.25 acres in Samanatham Village and 0.72 acres in Survey Nos. 205/2A3 and 205/1C2B in Avaniyapuram Village, Madurai South Taluk, Madurai District, is set out in paragraph 13 at Page 5 of the Impugned order, where the Survey Numbers and extends of the said properties are described in full.”
5. Accordingly, Misc. Application Nos. 948, 949 & 950 of 2026 are disposed of.
