Ld. Counsel for the respondent submitted that he is not carrying the case file and hence, is unable to argue the matter. Ld. counsel for the appellant also submitted that the main arguing counsel Sh. Sanjay Ghose is held up in arguments before Delhi High Court and shall be available for arguments before this tribunal in the post lunch session. In all fairness, both the parties are directed to come prepared with their arguments and appear on 24.04.2026 at 12:00 Noon.
