ORDER
1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of Decree Holder is seeking time to file reply as they have received objections filed by the Judgement Debtor in the execution proceedings.
2. Looking to the facts and circumstance of the case, it appears that respondent Company is fond of going in liquidation time and again and lastly after going into liquidation, Resolution Plan has also been approved and now the business of the respondent Company is with a new management.
3. We, therefore, direct the respondent company to bring on record the Resolution Plan, if any.
4. We also hereby direct the respondent to file a affidavit by the Managing Director of the respondent about their immovable properties as well as the Bank Account details including the Bank Account No., Name of the Bank and the amount at present lying in the said Bank Account, duly stamped by the concerned Bank.
5. The matter is, therefore, adjourned on 09.12.2026.
