Vide order dated March, 17 2026, Hon’ble High court of Delhi has restored the present appeal subject to deposit of the amount of Rs.6,00,000/- by the appellant with this Tribunal within a period of one week.

As reported, the Demand Draft of Rs.6,00,000/- has been deposited by the appellant with this Tribunal.
