Order dated- 16.03.2026 The Ld. Counsel for the appellant has placed on record a copy of the order dated 06.02.2026 passed by the hon’ble High Court of Punjab and Haryana in the writ petition filed by them against the order of this Tribunal, whereby their appeal challenging the order passed under section 7A of the EPF & MP Act, 1952 (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Act’), was dismissed. The Hon’ble High Court has scheduled the petition for hearing on 27.08.2026. According to the Ld. Counsel for the appellant, the present appeal would be affected by the outcome of the said writ petition, and therefore, the matter may be listed beyond the date fixed by the Hon’ble High Court. In view of the said request, the matter is listed on 14.10.2026 awaiting the orders of the Hon’ble High Court of Punjab and Haryana.
