ORDER
Learned Counsel for the Petitioner is present. None appears for the Respondent.
Perusal of the record indicates that the Respondent has not been appearing in this matter for quite a long time. The cross-examination of the Petitioner's witness is not possible due to absence of the Respondent.
By way of last Indulgence, four weeks' time is granted to the Respondent to appear before this Court either in-person or through counsel and join the proceedings of this case; otherwise, this matter will be listed before the Hon'ble Bench for appropriate Orders/Directions.
