2. The Ld. Counsel for the proposed applicant has submitted that he has fited an lAldy. no.6t}2l2Ot8 for substitution of name of India SME Assets Reconstruction Company Ltd. in place of erstwhile Small Industries Deveropment Bank of India as the roan has been assign to India SME Asseb Reconstruction Company Ltd. Which is formal in nature, hence allowed. The amended memo of parties is taken on record. Registry is directed to amend the cause title.
3. IA no.263912026 has been filed by the appticant bank for withdrawal of the present OA.
4. The Ld. Counsel for the applicant bank submitted that a compromise has been effected between the parties and as per the compromise and the defendants have paid a sum of Rs.27,00,000/_ being the OTS amount to the applicant being the full and final settlement. It is submitted that on 22.07.2026 a no dues certificate has been issued by the applicant bank to the defendants. Therefore, he seeks permission to withdraw the present OA. +-
