2. **IA no.2975/2026** has been filed by the applicant bank for withdrawal of the present OA.
3. The Ld. Counsel for the applicant bank submitted that the applicant bank has settled the matter with the defendants amicably out of the court. It is submitted that the applicant bank has already received the settled amount from the defendants & the loan account is already closed. Therefore, he seeks permission to withdraw the present OA.
4. In view of the above submission made by the Ld. Counsel for the applicant bank, **TA no. 719/2024 is dismissed as withdrawn. IA no. 2975/2026 is disposed of alongwith pending IAs, if any.**
