ORDER
1. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, upon instructions from client, submitted that grievance ventilated in petition have been brought to an end and respondent has supplied the copy of duly signed agreement and IDR boxes for IPTV.
2. Learned counsel for petitioner submitted that petitioner has to make certain payment and the legally payable amount will be paid from petitioner to the respondent and the respondent will also supply the signals of their channels. Hence, petitioner is not pressing this petition at this stage.
3. In view of these submissions, Mr.Abhishek Malhotra, learned senior counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that let the observations made by this Tribunal in paragraph nos. 16 and 17 in the order dated 28.09.2026 be not given effect to.
4. In view of these submissions, our order dated 28.09.2026 is hereby modified to the effect that paragraph nos. 16 and 17 are hereby deleted and rest of the order 28.09.2026 shall be maintained as it is.
5. With these observations as the grievance ventilated in petition have been brought to an end, this Broadcasting Petition is hereby disposed of and not pressed at this stage .
