The present appeal has been instituted by the appellant under section 7-I of the EPF & MP Act, 1952 (for short “the Act”) challenging the impugned orders dated November 21, 2025 of respondent passed under sections 14-B & 7-Q of the Act.

As reported by the office, the present appeal is within the period of limitation and requisite compliances have been made. The appellant has also filed an application seeking stay of the operation of the impugned orders dated November 21, 2025 under section 14-B & 7-Q of Act during the pendency of appeal.

Sh. S.N. Mahanta, ld. counsel for the respondent accepts the notice of appeal on behalf of respondent.

Adjourned to 24.04.2026 for filing of reply to the stay application as well as to the main appeal of the appellant by the respondent.
