Ld. counsel for the appellant states that the order dated December 10, 2025 of the Tribunal regarding refund of the recovered amount has not been complied with. It is shocking that the respondent has not complied with the specific orders regarding refund of the illegally recovered amount to the appellant.

In the interest of justice, the respondent is granted one more opportunity to comply with the above said order dated December 10, 2025 of the Tribunal regarding refund of the above said amount.

It is made clear that if the order of the tribunal is not complied with the tribunal would be forced to attach the Bank Account of the respondent and direct the Bank concerned to refund the illegally-recovered amount to the appellant as per the orders of the tribunal.
