ORDER
1. This Petition has been preferred for recovery of Rs. 3,57,500 /- from the respondent.
2. Heard Counsel appearing for the petitioner. Nobody appears for the respondent.
3. We had on earlier date of adjournment issued notice vide order dated 06.04.2026 upon the MR. AJAY SAKUJA , HAVING OFFICE AT: E-21, SAINIK FARM, KHANPUR, DELHI-110062 , to be served through The Station Head Officer Neb Saraipolice station, Address of the police station: Near South Sainik Farm, Neb Sarai, New Delhi 110068. Thereafter, the Bailable Warrant has been issued upon the aforesaid respondent vide order dated 06.07.2026.
4. The aforesaid notice as well as the Bailable Warrant have not been served by the SHO of the aforesaid Police Station upon the Proprietor of the Respondent.
5. We, therefore, request Commissioner of Police, Delhi, Address: Police Headquarters, Jai Singh Road, New Delhi-110001 Contact No. 011-23469501, 23469601, 011-2374610 to see that the orders passed by this Tribunal dated 06.04.2026 and 06.07.2026 are served upon the Proprietor of the Respondent through the aforesaid Police Station.
6. Copy of today’s order as well as orders dated 06.04.2026 and 06.07.2026
be sent to Commissioner of Police, Delhi, Address: Police Headquarters, Jai Singh Road, New Delhi-110001 Contact No. 011-23469501, 23469601, 011-2374610
by Registered Post A/D or by Speed Post.
7. Dasti /Direct service is also permitted to the petitioner to serve today’s order as well as the aforesaid orders of this Tribunal to Commissioner of Police , Delhi, Address: Police Headquarters, Jai Singh Road, New Delhi-110001 Contact No. 011-23469501, 23469601, 011-2374610
8. Hence, the matter is adjourned on 02.12.2026.
