ORDER
1. We have heard counsel appearing for the petitioner at length. Nobody appears on behalf of the respondent.
2. We had issued a notice to the Proprietor of the respondent namely, MR. RAKESH YADAV ,
Address : 6/2, PARDESHI PURA, M.G ROAD, INDORE-452003, MADHYA PARDESH
to be served through concerned STATION HEAD OFFICER , PARDESHIPURA POLICE STATION, ADDRESS OF THE POLICE STATION: SUBHASH NAGAR MAIN ROAD, GOKUL DASH COMPOUND, PARDESHIPURA, INDORE – 452003, MADHYA PRADESH vide our order dated 06.04.2026 . Thereafter, the Bailable Warrant had been issued on 06.07.2026.
3. Neither the notice and the Bailable Warrant, through the concerned Police Station have been served nor the earlier notice(s) served upon the aforesaid respondent.
4. We, therefore, request:
(i) Secretary (Home): Secretary Home, Home Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh, 3rd Floor, Vallabh Bhavan-II, Govt. of Madhya Pradesh, 4 th Floor, Mantralaya, VallabhBhavan-I, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh – 462004.
(ii) Director General of Police: Director General of Police, Madhya Pradesh, Having office at: Jail Road, Jahangirabad, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh- 462008 Phone: 0755-2443500
to see that the orders passed by this Tribunal dated 06.04.2026 and 06.07.2026 are served upon the aforesaid respondent through the concerned Police Station.
5. We, therefore, direct the Registry of this Tribunal to send the copies of the aforesaid orders as well as today’s order to the aforesaid authorities.
6. Dasti /Direct service is also given to the petitioner to serve aforesaid orders to the following authorities -
(i) Secretary (Home): Secretary Home, Home Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh, 3rd Floor, Vallabh Bhavan-II, Govt. of Madhya Pradesh, 4 th Floor, Mantralaya, VallabhBhavan-I, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh – 462004.

(iii) SHO, Police Station: THE STATION HEAD OFFICER, PARDESHIPURA POLICE STATION, ADDRESS OF THE POLICE STATION: SUBHASH NAGAR MAIN ROAD, GOKUL DASH COMPOUND, PARDESHIPURA, INDORE – 452003, MADHYA PRADESH.
7. Hence, this matter is adjourned on 02.12.2026.
