1. Case taken up.
2. As per Police report, Ajay Mishra had died on 26.02.2022.
3. Steps for substitution is to be taken by Petitioner. Four weeks' time is being requested.
4. Let appropriate steps be taken within four weeks.
5. Thenafter notice be got issued to proposed Respondents, fixing date 22.12.2026 "for further directions".
