Respondent submits that appellant has not made compliance of the order dated 25.09.2025 where he was directed to deposit the amount of Rs.15,01,414/- assessed u/s 7Q of the EPF & MP Act, 1952 as a condition of stay. Considering the fact, interim stay granted by this court vide order dated 02.09.2024 stands vacated. Respondent is at liberty to execute the order. Put up for filing of reply to the appeal on 15.01.2026.
