ORDER
1. Party-in-person namely, Mr. Ravinder Nath Gulati S/o Late Sh. Madan Lal Gulati, Address: F-203, First Floor, Near K R Manglam School, Vikas Puri, VTC: Vikas Puri, PO: Tilak Nagar, Sub District: Rajouri Garden, District: West Delhi, PIN Code: 110018, who is claiming to be a proprietor of the respondent, is present before this Tribunal and seeking time to file reply.
2. Time to file a reply is granted till the next date of the hearing and the matter is adjourned 17.12.2026.
3. Meanwhile, respondent may approach the petitioner for settlement of dues and reconciliation of their accounts.
