ORDER

1. In the present Execution Application notice was issued 28.09.2026.

2. Learned counsel Mr. Bhagabati Prasad Padhy is appearing on behalf of Judgment Debtor (original respondent) is seeking time to file reply. Time, as prayed for, is granted to the Judgement Debtor till next date of hearing.

3. We, hereby, direct that one of the Directors of the Judgement Debtor shall file an affidavit stating in their affidavit the following detail also:

i) List of the immovable property of the Judgement Debtor with detail address shall be provided;

(ii) Bank A ccount(s) operated by the Judgement Debtor shall be pointed out in the affidavit along with name of Bank, Branch, and Account no. along with last two Financial Years' certified Bank Statements;

(iii) If there is any Fixed Deposit (FD) receipt or any other investment paid/made by the Judgement Debtor in any Securities, shall also be pointed out by giving clear noumber of their FD/Securities etc.;

(iv) The list of the immovable property the Directors of the Judgement Debtor shall provide categorically with address of immoveable property as well as the Bank Accounts of the Directors of the Judgement Debtor along with last two Financial Years' Bank Statements of their personal Accounts which are properly certified by the concerned Bank;

v) Learned counsel for the Judgement Debtor has submitted that the respondent has made payment of sizeable amount to the number of persons/parties . We would like to note in the affidavit that the Judgement Debtor Company has paid to whom, how much;

vi) We are also directing that in the affidavit it shall be highlighted that Company has purchased how many vehicles in the name of the Judgement Debtor Company for the usage of the Directors.

4. The learned counsel for the Judgement Debtor is seeking time, which is granted.

5. Hence, the matter is adjourned on 05.11.2026.
