I have heard the argument on the application of the respondent whereby he has made prayer that appeal cannot be filed by the person who is not authorised by the management. Both the parties are asked about the date of initiation of CIRP against the appellant as well as Jaypee Infra Tech. On which, the appellant counsel has submitted that CIRP was initiated against the present appellant as well as M/s. Jaypee Infratech in the year 2024 and 2019. However, no date or record of the NCLT was placed before this tribunal showing the dates of proceedings. Ld. Counsel for both the parties are directed to bring entire record available with them related to the proceedings conducted before NCLT as well as takeover of the appellant by Max Health Care within two weeks. Put up for 15.12.2025 for further consideration.
