07.04.2021: Learned Counsel for the Appellant submits that after filing this application, the Income Tax Department has started recovery proceedings against the Appellant Company. Therefore, in C.P. No. 224/CB/2020 vide order dated 17.3.202, the Appellant Company revived. In such a situation, he seeks permission to withdraw this Appeal.
We allow to withdraw the Appeal. Thus, the Appeal is disposed of as withdrawn.
