(Through Virtual Mode) 05.04.2021: Shri Kaushik Mishra, Advocate representing the Appellant submits that after denovo hearing was ordered due to reconstitution of Bench in September, 2020, the matter has been adjourned time and again and order of admission in regard to application of Appellant filed under Section 7 of the I&B Code has not been passed till date despite lapse of considerable time. However, the appeal has become infructuous as the matter has been heard and order reserved. In view of the same, learned counsel for the Appellant seeks leave to withdraw the appeal.
