09.03.2021- In terms of order dated 19.02.2021 Learned counsel for the appellant have filed the copy of the order dated 9.12.2020 passed by the National Company Law Tribunal, Allahabad Bench in Company Petition No.421/ALD/2019 which is taken on record. It was submitted by the learned counsel for the appellant that in view of this order dated 9th December, 2020 of NCLT, Allahabad the appeal has become infructuous and the same should be dismissed. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as infructuous.
