09.03.2021- In terms of order dated 15.02.2021 whereby the parties were directed to file joint petition alongwith copy of the settlement agreement within two weeks. An affidavit application duly sworn by the appellant alongwith settlement agreement has been filed by the appellant which is taken on record. Settlement agreement dated 15th January, 2021 duly executed has been signed by both the parties. Appellant seeks permission to withdraw the appeal. Learned counsel for the Respondent appears and submits that we have no objection if the appeal is withdrawn as the parties have settled the matter. Appellant is permitted to withdraw the appeal.
