01.03.2021: The Adjudicating Authority (National Company Law Tribunal), New Delhi, Court IV has in terms of the impugned order dated 19th February, 2021 adjourned the matter to 11th March, 2021 holding that in IA 340/ND/2021 the claim is still pending for verification and the same has not been rejected by the Resolution Professional. The Resolution Professional has been directed to complete the process in regard to such claims.
Mr. Sumant Batra, Advocate claiming to be representing the Committee of Creditors submits that the COC has not been made a party in this appeal.
Interim Resolution Professional represented by Ms. Sonal Alagh, Advocate submits that the claims are still under verification and on account of non-availability of relevant account statement there is some delay in verifying the claims.

In the given circumstances, the appeal is disposed off with direction to the Adjudicating Authority to ensure that the IRP files its report in regard to verification of claims by 10th March, 2021 so that the Adjudicating Authority is able to pass an order on the given date i.e. 11th March, 2021.
Copy of this order be forwarded to the Adjudicating Authority.
