01.03.2021: Mr. Anshum Jain, Advocate representing the Appellant submits that IA No.355 of 2021 has been filed seeking liberty to withdraw the instant appeal as parties have arrived at a settlement and the application before the Adjudicating Authority (National Company Law Tribunal), New Delhi, Principal Bench stands withdrawn in terms of the order dated 4th January, 2021 and proceedings closed. I.A No. 355 of 2021 is taken on record. Copy of the order passed by the Adjudicating Authority dismissing the application as withdrawn on the basis of Resolution of Committee of Creditors with 100% vote shares and closing the proceeding is annexed with IA.
