Record reveals that on 19.02.2025 counsel for respondent has drawn the attention of this court towards the application filed by appellant with copy of order 15.05.2024 passed by NCLT by admitting the CIRP against the appellant company and appointing IRP in the matter. Thereafter, nobody has been appearing on behalf of the appellant. Let this case be listed for consideration of the order passed by NCLT on 06.11.2025.

On perusal of the revised notice it is found that the contribution for many months has been deposited on a single date. Respondent is directed to prepare a chart showing the date of payment received from the appellant establishment indicating the wage month and the delay in number of days in deposit of such contribution.
