In the Judgement and order dated 21.12.2021, an inadvertent typographical error has occurred in the last paragraph (Paragraph-23) of the said judgement. Instead of "impugned Clause {iiii}", the relevant words shall be read as "impugned Clause (iii)" in the first line of said paragraph.
