19.01.2021 In terms of the order dated 22-12-2020 direction was issued to Ld. National Company Law Tribunal, Hyderabad to pass final orders on I.A. No. 989 of 2020 in C.P. No. 203/241/HBD/2020 within two weeks’.
2. Today, when the case was called out learned counsel for the Appellant and Respondent are present.
3. Learned counsel for the Appellant submits that in view of the direction passed by this Appellate Tribunal the Ld. NCLT, Hyderabad passed final orders in I.A. No. 989 of 2020.
4. Learned counsel for the Appellant submits that he does not want to press this instant Appeal. The Appeal is disposed of as not pressed.
