ORDER

19.01.2021 The Learned Counsel for the parties are present in Virtual Mode. We have already passed orders on 13th January, 2021. By mistake it remained to be recorded at the end of the Order that the Appeal is disposed.
In terms of Section 420 of the Companies Act, 2013, we direct that at the end of the Order, the following sentence be added “The Appeal is disposed accordingly”.
