Colliery Mazdoor Union (INTUC) Vs.

1. CMD, ECL Headquarter, ECL

2. General Manager, Satgram-Sripur Area, ECL

PRESENT : For the Union / Workman : None.

Mr. P. K. Das, learned advocate for the management of ECL is present. The case is fixed up today for evidence of workman witness. One Mukti Nath Dubey, Secretary, Colliery Mazdoor Union (INTUC) who filed written statement on behalf of the union is found absent on repeated call at 2.10 pm. On a perusal of the record I find that RLC (C), HQ, New Delhi has referred the scheduled Industrial Dispute for adjudication which involves a question as to whether the action of the management of Eastern Coalfields Limited in merging Sripur Area with Satgram Area is justified? If not, what relief the employee of Sripur Area is entitled to?

Since union has not taken step, issue a Notice to the secretary of the union directing him to appear in person on 28/10/2025 and show cause as to why the case shall not be dismissed for non- prosecution. To date.
