21.12.2020: Mr. Ajitesh Soni, Advocate representing the Appellant submits that in view of the fact that the Adjudicating Authority (National Company Law Tribunal), Indore Bench at Ahmedabad, Court-1, has withdrawn the impugned order and agreed to hear the Appellant before consideration of admission or otherwise of application under Section 7 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, he intends to withdraw the instant appeal. The appeal is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
