ORDER

(Through Virtual Mode) 17.12.2020: In view of the fact that in terms of order dated 4th November, 2020, the Adjudicating Authority (National Company Law Tribunal), New Delhi Bench, Court-II has only issued a notice against the Appellant to show-cause and explain as to why contempt proceedings should not be initiated against it for not complying with the order passed by the Adjudicating Authority which amounts to disobedience, this appeal being premature does not lie. Learned counsel for the Appellant offered to withdraw the appeal. The appeal is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to Appellant to raise all the issues before the Adjudicating Authority.
