27.11.2020 It is represented on behalf of the Petitioner that sum of Rs. two lakhs was received by the Petitioner on 06.11.2020 from the Respondent and further sum of Rs. two lakhs was received from the Respondent by the Petitioner on 23.11.2020 and as such nothing remains to be paid, as per the version of the Petitioner’s side. In view of the above, since nothing survives for further adjudication, this Appellate Tribunal closes the Contempt Case. No order as to costs.
