10.12.2020: Faced with the query as to how the appeal would be maintainable in view of the mandate of Section 11 (a) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 as the Corporate Debtor is admittedly undergoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process, learned counsel for the Appellant- Resolution Professional Mr. Kairav Trivedi offered to withdraw the appeal. The appeal is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
