Record perused. It is an appeal against the impugned order passed u/s 14B and 7Q of the EPF & MP Act, 1952. Perusal of the records reveals that the stay application is still pending for adjudication and Ld. Counsel for the appellant is moving request for adjournments since last several dates. Let the matter be listed for argument on stay of the impugned orders tomorrow i.e. on 25.09.2025. It is made clear if the Ld. Counsel for the appellant remains unavailable for arguments the stay application shall be decided in his absence. In the meanwhile, interim orders to continue till next date of hearing.
