1. Office report reflects that this civil revision is not maintainable in view of the decision of this Court in M/s. Jupiter Chit Fund (Pvt.) Ltd. v. Dwarka Diesh Dayal and Others AIR 1979 ALL 218.
2. In view of the office report, learned counsel for the revisionist prays to withdraw this revision with liberty to seek appropriate remedy before the appropriate forum.
3. This revision is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
