1. This is a plaintiffs' petition. In the suit filed by the plaintiffs, an application for grant of temporary injunction was moved which was refused by both the Courts below. The matter was placed before this Court on several occasions, but counsel has not argued the matter.
2. Having gone through material on record, I find that no interference is required by this Court in the order impugned.
