3. After hearing counsel for the respondent and going through material available on record, I find that no interference is required in the order impugned, as the issues no.5, 6 and 7 have been decided against the petitioner, against which, a misc appeal has been filed which has also been dismissed.
4. Writ petition is misconceived and the same stands dismissed.
