1. This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(a). Issue order or direction directing to respondents to decide the suit bearing suit no. 299 of 2026 (smt. Sunita Pal vs. Ram Khelawan Pal) pending before the civil judge senior division Fatehpur, expeditiously preferably within specific period."

2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is not pressing the prayer made in the writ petition and is only confining to a direction for deciding the 6-C application moved in Original Suit No. 299 of 2026, which is pending consideration.

3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to private respondents, with a direction upon court concerned to make every endeavour to decide the temporary injunction application 6-C, in case, the same is pending consideration in Original Suit No. 299 of 2026, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of one month, from the date of production of certified copy of this order.

4. With the aforesaid directions, writ petition stands disposed of.

5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the matter on merits. October 9, 2026 (V. S. SINGH) Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Akhilesh Kumar Dwivedi, Pavan Kumar, Suresh Singh Counsel for Respondent(s) :
