(Through Virtual Mode) 04.12.2020: This appeal is directed against an Interlocutory Order dated 23rd September, 2020 passed by the National Company Law Tribunal, Hyderabad, Special Bench – Court 1 (hereinafter referred to as ‘Tribunal’) in I.A. No. 664,825 & 826/2020 in CP No. 203/241/HDB/2020 by virtue whereof status quo was directed to be maintained as regards the composition of the Board of Directors of the Respondent Company prior to the alleged Board Meeting held on 12th September, 2020 until further orders. The matter was directed to be put up on 9th October, 2020.

2. Mr. Arun Kathpali, Senior Advocate appears for the Appellant and Mr. Nakul Mohta, Advocate appears on behalf of the Respondent No. 1, 2, & 3. A consensus has emerged at the Bar that the Tribunal may be directed to expedite the hearing of the Company Petition alongwith all Interlocutory Applications.
3. We accordingly dispose of this appeal by requesting the Tribunal to accord priority to the matter and make endeavours for expeditious disposal of the Company Petition alongwith all connected Interlocutory Applications, preferably within two months.
4. A copy of this order be immediately communicated to the Tribunal.
