HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD CONTEMPT APPLICATION (CIVIL) No. - 4016 of 2026 Court No. - 7 HON'BLE PIYUSH AGRAWAL, J. Case called out. Nobody is present on behalf of the applicant. In pursuance of the earlier order passed by this Court, Shri Pawan Kumar, learned Standing Counsel, has filed an affidavit on behalf of opposite party no. 1, which is taken on record. Placing reliance upon the aforesaid affidavit, he submits that the order passed by the writ Court has been duly complied with in its letter and spirit. In view of the aforesaid position, nothing further survives for consideration in the present contempt proceedings. Consequently, no cause of action survives. Accordingly, the contempt application stands disposed of. The contempt application shall be consigned to the records. The notice, if any, stands discharged. However, liberty is granted to the applicant(s) to approach this Court by moving an appropriate application, in the event of non-compliance of the order by the opposite party(s) within a period of one month from today.
