1. This writ petition is filed by two counsels, but none of them is present.
2. Sri Om Anand, learned Standing Counsel fairly submits that grievance of the petitioners to comply with the order dated 31.1.2000, whereby a notice issued under Form 49-A was withdrawn can be satisfied if an application is filed under Section 460 of U.P. Revenue Code Manual.
3. In the aforesaid circumstances considering the above submission and considering that since petitioners have an efficacious alternative remedy available to ventilate their grievance, therefore, this writ petition is disposed of with aforesaid liberty.
