The present application has been filed with the prayer to cancel the bail granted to the opposite party no. 2 by the Additional District & Sessions Judge/ Fast Track Court First, Varanasi vide order dated 13.05.2026 passed in Bail Application No. 1450 of 2026, Gaurav Kumar v. State of U.P., arising out of Case Crime No. 234 of 2026, under Sections 69, 89 B.N.S., Police Station Bhelupur, District Varanasi.
